Small World Festival 2013

Small World Maehongson Festival – December 24, 2013

Looking for a unique and special way to spend the holidays? We invite you to travel to the Northern tip of Thailand (Maehongson) and join our international group of volunteers at the Small World Festival. Small World is a celebration of Tribal culture where hundreds of school children (representing 12 different Hill Tribes) come together on the lake front in downtown Maehongson for an afternoon/evening of sharing their indigenous music, dance, handicrafts and food. It’s a spectacular event, free to the public.

Contact Maria Miller for more information on how to get involved at mmiller@palomar.edu.
